If you are like most people you look for companies and people you can trust. The importance of honesty and integrity was fortunately taught to me from a young age. It was modeled to me by my father Roland Rutledge, a devoted husband, father, and business man himself. The integrity he taught me comes from our belief that followers of Jesus Christ should let their "yes be yes and their no be no." This is the model I follow in all facets of my life and business and I hope you will have confidence in that.

Victor resides in Florence with his wife, Stephanie, and three beautiful daughters. Both Victor and Stephanie are ordained ministers who currently serve in their local church as volunteer Young Adult pastors.
